Refund and Returns Policy


We do not offer refunds and returns unless your song is not selected by our curators. If your song is not added to any playlists, we will gladly issue a refund after 30 days have passed since your purchase, and we’re unable to place your single in any playlists or any other record you submit in place of your original submission.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your song must be unused and unplaced in any playlists curated by Schweitz Audio.

To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace purchases or songs if your submission was not accepted by our curators. If approved, we will allow you to exchange songs for the same product originally purchased.
